Rental Period and Pricing
Rental rates on most equipment for 1 day. However, early set up can be accommodated upon request pending availability of products. Rates for periods longer than 1 day are available by request. Charges are based on time out, whether the items are used or not. Prices are subject to change and do not include delivery/set up fee.
Delivery and Set Up
We deliver within our territory around our location. Set up and take down of rentals is not included in our standard rental per item fee, that service is available at a nominal cost.
Order Minimum
We have a minimum order of $300
Cleaning
Items must be returned clean and in their proper containers, staples and tape need to be removed. Cleaning charges will be assessed at a rate of $30/hour, see below for linen exceptions.
Linens
Shake out but do not wash table linens, the customer is responsible for damage to linens caused by mildew, burns or tears. Do not store damp linens in air-tight containers as that causes mildew.
Damage Waiver
A credit card on file and waiver signed for incidentals is required to cover any additional charges that may arise during the course of our business relationship. These incidentals may include but are not limited to extra service fees, damages, or other unforeseen expenses. The client agrees to promptly settle any incidental charges made to the credit card on file within a reasonable timeframe as outlined in the agreement. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or consequences as specified in the contract.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
All rentals require a 50% deposit and are nonrefundable. All items scheduled for delivery must be paid in full at least seven days in advance of the rental.
Customer reserves the right to cancel event prior to delivery, however all payments are non-refundable.
